Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Report Analyst to manage, analyze, and maintain data reports across various platforms. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in spreadsheets, capable of handling complex formulas, and experienced in managing data extracts from different systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data reports using Google Sheets and Excel
• Work with complex formulas, functions, and existing spreadsheet structures
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from tools such as Jira, Zendesk, and HubSpot
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports based on business needs
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and insights from data sets
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data requirements are met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Analytics, or related)
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas required)
• Experience handling data extracts from Jira, Zendesk, and HubSpot
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage large data sets and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data cleaning and data validation
• Basic knowledge of reporting tools or dashboards is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems
