Job Description
Job Summary: The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for systematically verifying, validating, and ensuring the absolute integrity of all marketing data, analytics, and performance reports submitted by third-party vendors, agencies, and in-house marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Data Auditing: Rigorously examine daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports submitted by external vendors, cross-referencing them against raw source data to ensure complete accuracy.
Fraud Detection: Actively investigate anomalies, discrepancies, and suspicious variances in marketing performance metrics (e.g., inconsistencies in lead generation volumes or statistically improbable conversion rates).
Technical Verification: Identify and document any instances of fabricated data. This includes utilizing technical knowledge to detect the manipulation of frontend data via browser developer tools (e.g., F12/Inspect Element) or digitally altered reporting screenshots.
Access Governance: Secure and monitor direct, read-only access to vendor platforms (e.g., Vendor Google Sheets, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM systems) to conduct independent, primary-source verification of reported figures.
Qualifications & Requirements
1 to 3 years of applicable experience in data analysis, auditing, or a related analytical field.
Technical Literacy: A strong operational understanding of web architecture, HTML/CSS, and browser developer tools, specifically applied to detecting manipulated frontend data.
Platform Navigation: Direct experience navigating major digital marketing and analytics platforms to fully comprehend standard, unedited data presentations.
Analytical Rigor: Exceptional critical thinking and investigative skills, characterized by a highly detail-oriented and naturally skeptical approach to data review.
Data Processing: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and foundational SQL knowledge to efficiently cross-reference large datasets and identify mathematical inconsistencies.
Preferred Skills
Media Buying Experience: Practical, hands-on experience in executing and managing digital advertising campaigns is considered a strong asset.
Language Proficiency: Business-level proficiency or fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
Salary and Benefits Work Hours: (Base Salary Range) 35,000 to 50,000 per month (Fluency in Mandarin qualifies for a premium compensation package exceeding this base range).
9 hours per day (9am - 6pm)
If required, must work on regular and special non-working holidays
4 days off per month
Allowances
Food Allowance: PHP 3,000 per month
