Job Summary:
The Data Quality & Insights Analyst ensures the accuracy, reliability and usability of CRM data and supports the sales organization with high-quality reporting, governance, and insights. This role is a key partner in maintaining CRM integrity, enforcing SOPs and enabling efficient, data-driven sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Data Governance & Quality Enforcement - maintains high data accuracy within HubSpot deals. Performs data audits, leads cleansing initiatives and enforces adherence to global data standards and sales process requirements.
- DQ SOP & KPI Management - maintains, updates, and documents Data Quality SOPs and KPIs. Identifies system or workflow gaps and proposes improvements.
- Quarterly Commission Report Management - audits commission submissions against CRM data and SOP guidelines. Consolidates datasets, verifies accuracy, analyzes performance and flags required corrections or process changes.
- Sales Reporting & Insight Interpretation - prepares dashboards and reports, interprets trends and provides actionable insights to Sales, CSM, regional champions and leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - supports alignment between Sales, CSM, Finance, and CRM/IT teams by harmonizing data definitions, coordinating changes, and supporting rollout of CRM improvements.
- Workflow Documentation & Change Support - documents processes, workflows, and system changes. Supports change communication and user adoption of new SOPs or CRM features.
- HubSpot Reporting & Issue Resolution - manages HubSpot report maintenance, naming conventions, folder structures and resolved reporting-related tickets or data quality inquiries.
- Training & Enablement - conducts workshops and training sessions to improve system usage, data discipline, and reporting capability across teams.
- Innovation, Automation, & AI Enablement - identifies opportunities to enhance efficiency through workflow optimization, automation and AI-supported solutions.
Qualifications
- Self-starter who can work independently with strong ownership and follow-through
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel (aggregation, extrapolation, trend analysis)
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to interpret complex requests
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with global teams across time zones
- Creative and forward-thinking, with interest in workflow optimization and automation
- Strong systems thinking, understands upstream/downstream impact of CRM changes
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities, projects, and business needs
- Experience with HubSpot Sales Hub required; Power BI is a plus
