Executing business processes within required timelines with great attention to detail
Identifying opportunities for process refinement and improvement
Compiling and submitting database updates via the Jira ticketing system
Reviewing and validating customer data
Participating in User Acceptance Testing
Displaying high degree of ownership for data integrity and analytics tool configuration
Partnering with cross functional partners to drive overall business objectives
Participating in new hire training and peer coaching
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree (Required)
A minimum of 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an analytics-based role (Required)
Proficiency in MS Excel, including experience using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables (Required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
Working well in a cross-functional environment and building support across a complex set of stakeholders(Required)
Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent deliverables for different end users (Required)
Experience working in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or the Financial Services industry (Preferred)
Educational Attainment:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Other Details:
Shift Must be available in Mid shift
Hybrid Work Setup - 2-3x a week onsite work (in Paranaque for early-mid 2025, but will eventually move to BGC office last quarter of 2025 to start of 2026).
Location is in Paranaque
The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
