Job Description

Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end data processing for all credit bureau data sources, ensuring high data quality, secure data movement, and full compliance with company policies and ISMS standards. The position works closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to support data mapping, reporting, and dispute resolution. You will be expected to proactively identify data issues, improve data quality, and maintain reliable database operations through strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end data processing for all credit bureau data sources, ensuring high-quality and accurate output.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external data owners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all data processing activities comply with company data policies and standards.
  • Secure data movement and adhere to ISMS requirements.
  • Utilize appropriate ETL tools in daily operations.
  • Identify and resolve data issues such as missing, invalid, duplicate, or mismatched data.
  • Oversee database maintenance, performance monitoring, and backup processes.
  • Support clients on data mapping, data contribution, and technical problem-solving.
  • Deliver accurate and timely data reports.
  • Handle the full process of data dispute resolution.
  • Conduct continuous data quality checks, propose improvements, and implement technical solutions to enhance data quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit bureaus, banking, financial institutions, fintech, non-financial institutions, or related industries.
  • Experience in using and processing Credit Information Corporation (CIC) credit information data.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and administrative policies.
  • Familiarity with modern databases, IT systems, and ETL tools.
  • Ability to digest, understand, and analyze large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with statistical information and data discrepancies.
  • Solid working knowledge of data processing practices and data security policies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Confident decision-making based on available information.
  • Self-driven, with strong teamwork, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
