Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining and managing employee lifecycle records of both organic and direct inorganic employees through efficient handling of electronic and hard copy files. Ensures accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all employee records.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4)-year course, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business-related courses, or Computer Science
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Systematic and process-oriented
- Able to handle highly sensitive HR information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong reporting and presentation skills
- Experience in HRIS platforms such as Preceda, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is an advantage
