JOB SUMMARY
Support the overall organizational efficiency of sales, sales support, sales administration, and customer support thru data-driven methods and process improvements
JOB DESCRIPTION DATA MANAGEMENT:
- Identify proper storage, handling, and version control of operational data (such as, but not limited to the following: sales, sales administration, sales support, customer support data and transactions) - Collate, organize, and clean-up large data sets related to operational data/processes - Recommend improvements on existing operational data management practices
DATA ANALYTICS and VISUALIZATION:
- Transform, model, and visualize operational data according to business needs/requirements - Create reports that will be used by Management to derive data-driven strategies - Develop and maintain standard dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Create ad-hoc dashboards to support special projects and initiatives
PROCESS MANAGEMENT, ANALYSIS, and IMPROVEMENT:
- Identify process inefficiencies based on data - Draft process/policy documents to kick-start implementation of solutions based on findings - Collaborate with other departments to implement special projects and initiatives - Support the team leader on the implementation of special projects and initiatives (such as new or revised process, process improvement, system implementation, system enhancements)
