DATA INTELLIGENCE ASSISTANT MANAGER

Primary Objectives

To actively contribute to the company vision of putting the world on vacation by overseeing

the operational activities of the Data Intelligence team responsible for the collection,

review, retention and use of marketing data and leadership, training and development of

the team.

Operations

= Developing and managing business intelligence solutions and reporting for the

organisation

= Build, develop and manage an engaged Data Intelligence team.

= Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure

continued development and identify training and development needs

= Review processes and procedures to ensure quality service is provided

= Manage and maintain existing data management systems and manage

future data intelligence system needs

= Management of insightful Tableau reporting dashboards

= Work with the Business to develop innovative solutions to problems & suggest

new ways of reporting and improving business processes

= Liaise with the Marketing Team for effective optimisation of data

= Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet customer data

= Ensure that direct reports are aware of and adhere to internal and external

policies and regulatory requirements based on jurisdictional requirements

= Adapt to changes and develop new ideas for improving methods of operation

(where appropriate)

= Maintain 100% compliance against the Do Not Call Act and equivalent

Requirements In Other Jurisdictions

= Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety

ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by

your conduct in the workplace

= Display CARE and a Count On Me! service to all internal and external parties

= Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and

products

= Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking

responsibility and delivering on the promise

= Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting

your peers and managers

= Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible

Key Position Criteria

= High level of IT and data analysis related qualifications

= Excellent data management skills in Microsoft Excel

= Strong administrative background with proven capabilities using data

intelligence systems at a high level with experience in Salesforce, Merlin and

Tableau desirable

= Experience in data management for marketing, sales or financial services

industries and softwares such as Hubspot and Omnichannel marketing

platforms an advantage

= Experience managing a team including remote reports

= Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build

relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business

= Proven ability to implement alternative methods to achieve goals in the face of

obstacles whilst maintaining 100% regulatory compliance

= Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines without compromising quality

= Ability to manage multiple tasks and be able to think laterally when problem
