Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
Support pricing strategies and contribute to savings/loss analyses during business negotiations
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, non-technical insights for business teams
Document analytical methodologies, data definitions, and reporting processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within business operations
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and validation across reports and analyses

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis tools)
Experience with reporting tools/databases (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and validation
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Curiosity-driven mindset with willingness to learn and grow in a data-focused environment
