What You'll Do in the Role

The position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Provide comprehensive day to day administrative support to the Operations Management team.
• Timely creation, updating, and closing of work orders across various departments, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Ensure the timely and accurate closure of client sales orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production, inventory, and operational activities
• Work closely with teams to introduce best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage data within the company ERP system, providing software support to staff as required.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support key operational objectives.

The position is accountable for

• Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
• Consistently acts with integrity, honesty and courtesy in line with Foodfolk's culture and Code of Conduct.
• Always following company policies and operating procedures.
• Reporting on time to your shift each day in a neat and tidy manner or management know prior to your shift start time.
• Attending all company required meetings.
• Working in a safe, professional, and respectful manner always.

Skills /Qualifications

• Experience in food/hospitality/commercial environment understanding of HACCP/food quality safety.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with people of varying skills (i.e., stakeholders in different departments, senior and executive management, employee's where English is not there first language).
• Proficiency in the ERP software (Preferably SAGE).
• Strong computer literacy across the Microsoft 360 suite.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the business
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong attention to detail
