Position Overview
This role supports the Finance department by handling daily data entry tasks while also generating weekly and monthly reports. Responsibilities involve a mix of data entry, review, validation, and analysis. Most data is already available, and the role focuses on structuring, organizing, and maintaining financial records using Excel and in-house systems.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain financial and accounting data with high accuracy
- Support finance workflows such as:
- Procurement-support requests
- Charge sheet management and QA
- Accrual tracking and support
- Invoice management and invoice request creation
- Data validation and paystub-related records
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Organize and maintain finance-related documentation and records
- Coordinate with internal finance stakeholders as needed
- Identify inconsistencies or errors and flag them for resolution
Focus Areas
- AP Invoice Support: Monitor invoices, correct OCR errors, create supplier requests, and reduce delays in accruals and payments
- Imaging & Therapy Billing: Upload and QA charge sheets, validate NMIS entries, extract RX#, create bills, update charts, and support accruals
- Clinical Trial Charge Reconciliation: Identify trial patients, sort charges, validate in CRIO, create paystubs, and enter invoices
Qualifications
- 46 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance-related data entry
- Strong background in financial workflows and high-volume data handling
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Microsoft Excel (proficiency preferred)
