What You'll Do
- Input, check, and update claim data accurately within internal systems.
- Ensure all entries meet legal requirements, company guidelines, and privacy standards.
- Review records to spot errors, gaps, or inconsistencies.
- Liaise with claims team members via phone or email to clarify or correct information.
- Keep records well-organized and up to date to support efficient claim processing.
Key Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Able to start on 20 April 2026.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Prior experience in data entry or admin is an advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Open to working onsite during morning or mid shifts.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am-3pm or 3pm-12 am PHT) with a hybrid setup after a 6-month onsite probation.
