About the Job
Team Size: 20
Key Duties:
- Import all new orders for a set of 3-5 clients on a daily basis.
- Log into ECS every 30 minutes to check for new client orders.
- Input orders into spreadsheets, adding specific tracking URLs, clicks ordered, and targeting information.
- Activate each order across 3-4 different media platforms (training documentation will be provided).
- Check fill percentages every 15 minutes after order activation.
- Pause campaigns in various platforms once orders have reached 100% fill.
- Manage and monitor over 500+ campaigns per day.
- Ensure immediate activation of orders as they come into ECS, with continual monitoring both day and night.
Qualification and Essential Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask and accurately manage large volumes of data.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Proactive in monitoring processes and taking prompt action.
- Open to fresh graduates. Proficient in both written and verbal English.
