In this role, your mission is to support seamless APTM system implementations for new clients. You will make a direct impact by:
- Setting up and configuring client systems to ensure compliance and operational readiness
- Supporting Project Managers through backend tasks that move projects forward
- Assisting in validation, testing, and audit processes to ensure data accuracy and quality
This Role Is for You If:
Experience:
- You have experience supporting system implementations or technical projects.
Technical Skills:
- You're familiar with APTM or similar platforms, and have working knowledge of testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- You are proficient in project management tools like Monday.com and Salesforce, with a strong eye for improving systems.
Non-Negotiables:
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Strong written communication, particularly for email follow-ups
- Analytical skills to resolve errors in client data and reports
- Comfortable assisting in procurement processes and creating standard operating procedures
- Highly collaborative, with a willingness to document evolving processes
