To provide value by developing and improving data engineering and data visualization tools to aid in the transformation of the organization as one that is data-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize technical and industry knowledge to drive multiple data projects across different analytics platforms & data domains
- Identify, analyze, evaluate, and develop data products
- Design and build the data infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of sources using SQL and big data and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities, issues, and trends to drive results throughout the organization
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members to help drive decisions across business
- Partner with analysts leveraging engineering skill and data knowledge to provide input on feasibility of requirements
- Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and validity of all data
- Assists with troubleshooting and driving quality and stability of our production solutions
- Build the data and analytics teams by assessing and learning data engineering tools and data visualization tools
- Understand data requirements in an assigned project, design, develop, and expand data requirements to be realized following data platform strategy from ETLs build, data warehouse build, data stores, data lakes
- Design ETL environment for ingestion of data from source to destination
- Design and test data stores, curated layers (including data mart, data warehouse) in either on-premise or cloud environment
- Maintain development roadmap aligned with product and infrastructure objectives to support advanced data solutions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data integration, operating data governance and quality program
- Experience with ETL and Data integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, SnapLogic, Kafka, Talend, or Confluent)
- Knowledge of programming, communicating technical issues, SQL and other technology platforms.
- Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
