Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Databricks to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines that support our data analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements.
Implement data models and optimize data storage for performance.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring high data quality and reliability.
Document data processes and workflows to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Apache Spark and Databricks for data processing.
Strong programming skills in Python or Scala.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
