About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Encoder. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately processing service configuration requirements, improving processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to support initiatives that enable convenient and secured payment channels for partners and customers.
Key Job Functions
1. Service Configuration Operations
- Accurately validate and process configuration requirements on Product Enabling services such as vouchers, buyload, new banks onboarding, and other Initiatives that will be assigned to the team, within agreed SLA
- Assist with processing of campaign and voucher requirements when the need arises
- Accurate reports and feedback
2. Process Analysis and Improvement
- Analyze processes and determine potential areas for improvement
- Involvement and Support on Projects and Process Improvement
- Manage and Reduce Unit cost
3. Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting
- Provide updates and status reports to IS
- Coordinate with pertinent groups for projects, issue resolution and business requirements
- Align with proponents for requirements and concerns
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 Years Experienced Employee
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good time-management and strategic planning skills
- Must be a quick critical thinker with the strong ability to make good decisions and with efficient problem solving skills
- Should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to do multi tasking. and complete them error free
