About The Role
At FibreconX, we're continuously improving how we deliver and operate our fibre network. We're looking for an analytical and proactive team member to support process improvement, change initiatives, and operational activities across the business.
This role combines elements of business analysis, process coordination, and operational support. Ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, identifying improvements, and helping teams implement them in a practical way.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document current business processes and workflows.
- Support process improvement and change initiatives across teams.
- Assist in gathering and clarifying business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare simple process maps, documentation, and user guides.
- Support operational activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Track progress of initiatives and provide basic reporting and insights.
- Work with teams to ensure new processes and tools are understood and adopted.
About You
- 2–4 years experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, workflows, and systems.
- Good communication skills and able to explain things clearly and simply.
- Practical and solution-oriented mindset (focus on making things work).
- Willing to learn and support different areas of the business.
