Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• At least 12 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and SQL, and other tools such as Amazon Connect (AWS), Qualtrics, MAC and MER 2.0
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
