Process and analyze data related request with the use of SQL
Understand and study how the business can further improve with the use of historical data
Work with the different operations team in process improvements
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of routine compliance reports.
Collaborate with different operations teams to come up with improvements in the reports, dashboards, and/or tools
Regularly review existing dashboards and reports to ensure its accuracy
Extract valuable insights from data to support decision-making within the organization
Act as a project owner by initiating studies and conducting trend analyses
Develop ad hoc analyses or reports and communicate insights to business teams.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis; experience in Banking and Fintech is preferred
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel/Google Sheet, Powerpoint)
Quick to adapt in a fast-paced organization
Demonstrated proficiency in project management
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City, Ortigas
