POSITION TITLE: Data Governance Analyst
WORK SETUP: Full Time, Onsite
WORK LOCATION: Arca South, Taguig
SALARY: PHP 25K30K
JOB SUMMARY:
The Data Governance Analyst (Officer) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the company's data governance practices. They will ensure that company data is accurate, secure, compliant, and consistently defined across systems and business units. They will support the development and enforcement of data policies, data quality standards, metadata documentation and governance processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Monitor and improve data quality (accuracy, completeness, timeliness) across business datasets.
- Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and lineage for key data domains.
- Coordinate with business units on data issues and resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve governance efficiency.
- Manage and monitor data access across the organization.
- Support in managing the data warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management or any related course.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
COMPENSATION:
- Starting basic salary Php 25,000-30,000 negotiable depending on the candidate's experience
- Rice Allowance Php 1,500.00/month
- Transportation Allowance Php 150.00/working day
