Data Analyst to help our team make smarter business decisions through impactful dashboards, reports, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Build and maintain data visualizations that support both projects and day-to-day operations.
- Perform data analysis, mining, and ad hoc queries to uncover actionable insights.
- Create, optimize, and manage SQL queries on large datasets for performance and efficiency.
- Support the distribution of reports, dashboards, and data extracts to key stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, data accuracy, and team knowledge repositories.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting workflows.
- Act as the go-to analyst for urgent data and reporting needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Agile mindset adaptable, curious, and proactive in solving problems.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
- Willingness to handle time-sensitive reporting requests beyond business hours when required.
Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x onsite per week)
