Job Purpose

Data analytics is the process of analyzing raw data with the goal of identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and presenting the data with recommendations on next steps to improve the employee experience. The job is valuable to help make more informed decisions about the future of workforce.

Requirements

  • Experience in reporting development and testing, and ability to interpret unstructured data and draw objective inferences given known limitations of the data.
  • Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense opportunities hidden in data.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills high sense of order and attention to detail; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions.
  • Self-starter who can provide thought leadership and drive results in a dynamic and fast evolving environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: must be technologically savvy and exhibiting know-how on analysis, interpretation and presentation of numerical and visual data.
  • High Intellectual capacity: must be able to infer from raw data and information which will enable sound decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Solid interpersonal skills: Able to present and draw from effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable in handling data and transactions.
  • Mastery in MS Excel, PPT and other reporting tools and platforms. Knowledge with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics (preferred).
  • Project management skill; can lead/handle basic to intermediate HR Analytics-related project.


Qualifications

  • Any 4-year bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in data management projects, preferably related to Human Resources analytics or in the financial services domain.
  • Minimum 3 years experience developing data visualization and presentations.
  • At least 3 years HR generalist.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
