What You'll Be Doing:

As a Data Analyst, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights that guide business decisions. Work with SQL, Python, and Tableau to build dashboards, uncover trends, and support strategies across sales, finance, operations, and product teams. Collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and help drive data-driven decisions in cloud environments like AWS Redshift or Databricks.

Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and clear communication are key to success in this role.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics).

• Minimum two years to five years of experience in data analytics.

• Proven track record of developing impactful dashboards and data solutions in Tableau.

• Strong SQL skills, with exposure to large datasets and complex joins/aggregations.

• Solid understanding of ETL concepts.

• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Python programming experience for scripting, automation, or advanced analytics; can consider other scripting languages.

• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift) or Databricks is a plus.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
