Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze performance against cost, patient experience, and patient outcome targets.
Conduct data analytics on lead, real-time, and lagging performance indicators.
Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Identify root causes of operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
Support management in utilization management decisions through data-driven insights.
Develop and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Medical, and other departments to implement initiatives.
Prepare business process documentation, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
Manage projects and key deliverables related to utilization management.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Present complex data and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Required Experience

At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or information management.
Experience in performance monitoring, reporting, and operational analysis.
Background in Healthcare, Insurance, HMO, Research, FMCG, or other service-oriented industries is preferred.
Experience working with large datasets and generating actionable insights.
Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and relevant academic background.

Data visualization and reporting skills.
Knowledge of Python and/or R is an advantage.
Experience with data analytics tools and dashboard creation is a plus.
