(2 HC) DATA ANALYST / TEAM LEAD- L1.5 OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Power Apps, Power BI
• Experience in automated testing and Azure Databricks/CDL is required
• Solid background in Azure Web Development (Reactjs, Python, SQL)
• Skilled in Service Now, Jira, GitHub, GitHub Actions
• 1 year of experience in leading/supervising a team

• Location: Penthouse World Plaza, 5th Ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
• 2 headcounts

Responsibilities

• Monitor ServiceNow and QA DevOps Email for any incidents and standard requested reported/raised for applications
• Resolve reported issues in PowerApps, Power BI, KNIME Workflow, Azure Cloud, or CDL Databricks within SLAs
• Complete standard requests for applications Supported (PowerApps, Power BI, KNIME Workflow, Azure Cloud, CDL Databricks)
• Handover issues or requests from AP to EU or EU to NALA Digital Quality Team
• Service Reviews and Scorecarding
• Application Maintenance Processes (Token and certificate renewals, database schema changes, access reviews and clean up)
• Performing tests for applications (running test scripts, reviewing results, documenting and sharing of results with developers)
• Monitor the performance of the team.
• Teach and train the team members, if needed.
• Provide guidance to the rest of the team (email communications, generic skills, etc.).
