Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Makati. The Data Analyst will gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support project performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. The role includes developing dashboards and reports, building data models, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. The Data Analyst will collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations. The position also involves documenting methodologies, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and support business decisions.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust models, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess competency in relevant tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). At least 5 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries, and familiarity with project performance metrics, is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
• Can work ONSITE from Monday to Friday in EDSA Magallanes, Makati City.
