We are currently looking for Data Analyst who will support the Jacobs business by serving as a dedicated partner to your assigned Selling Unit. This is a 100% work-from-home set-up and shall support the U.S. Time Zone

As a Data Analyst, you will build strong relationships with Client Account Managers, Sales Leads, and Account Strategists, with the goal of developing a deep understanding of their book of business—including clients, projects, and pursuits—to effectively support team priorities and become a trusted, value-added partner.

This role requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and proficiency in the Client Success Platform (CSP) powered by Salesforce. Acting as a trusted advisor, mentor, and trainer for CSP users, you will also foster alignment with company strategy and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct recurring Pipeline Review calls with Client Account Managers—on a cadence defined by each CAM (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)—to ensure opportunity and account data remains current, complete, and reliable for reporting and forecasting.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate recording of pipeline and booking activity in CSP, including new awards and updates to existing projects, in accordance with established business guidelines.
  • Perform a weekly sweep of the PAP report to capture gross margin (GM) and report the figures to EDS.
  • Develop a strong understanding of pursuits, projects, the sales lifecycle, and business guidelines to ask relevant questions, identify appropriate actions, and provide effective support to Sales and Project Teams.
  • Utilize approved primary dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, forecasting, and budget monitoring
  • Coordinate Bid and Proposal (B&P) funding requests and support budget monitoring in compliance with company policies and controls.
  • Provide additional operational, analytical, and administrative support as required to meet evolving business needs

Here's what you'll need

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related role, ideally within a fast‑paced sales organization.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience in a Construction, Engineering, or Consulting environment is an advantage.
  • Ability and flexibility to work overlapping hours with the U.S. time zone. Amenable to working night shifts to align with U.S. business hours (1000 PM – 0700 AM PH Time), with flexibility to attend meetings during daytime hours as needed.)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective partnerships, supported by sound business judgment and a stakeholder‑centric mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills, including note‑taking, task recording, follow‑up tracking, and strong attention to detail, with comfort performing repetitive or manual tasks.
