What is your mission
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analytics to support reporting and analytics functions within a fast-paced operations environment. This role is responsible for maintaining KPI reporting, margin analysis, operational insights, and data accuracy to help drive business performance and decision-making.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPI reports
- Maintain reporting processes that provide customer-level margin visibility
- Monitor KPI performance and identify trends, variances, and anomalies
- Support revenue, cost, profitability, and margin reporting activities
- Analyze labor productivity, operational efficiency, and cost drivers
- Identify and escalate billing discrepancies, revenue leakage, and cost-related issues
- Validate financial and operational data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from operations, finance, and leadership teams
- Assist in process improvements and reporting automation initiatives
- Maintain documentation of reporting definitions, data sources, and reporting processes
- Contribute to enhancing reporting tools, data quality, and analytics workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable business insights
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations support in an analytics-focused role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced data analysis functions
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to manage recurring reporting responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies to improve reporting and analysis workflows
- Basic experience with SQL or other data querying tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Power Apps is preferred
- Exposure to financial concepts including revenue, cost, margin, and profitability reporting is a plus
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations-driven environments is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
