Data Analyst

Rate: PHP 60,000 - PHP 65,000

This role has a clear growth path built into it from day one.

You will start in a support capacity alongside experienced analysts working across live client projects. Within 60 days, you are completing analytical work independently. Within 90, you are owning a defined project scope end-to-end, producing client-ready outputs and running your section of the process without hand-holding.

The client is an established Australian cost optimisation consultancy. They work directly with senior finance and operations stakeholders across a national client base. What the work involves

• Cleaning, structuring, and analysing large commercial datasets (GL spend, supplier invoices, contracts, operational records) to surface savings opportunities
• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to client-delivery standard
• Preparing monthly project reports meeting a fixed 15th-of-month cycle
• Contributing to financial modelling, commercial benchmarking, and savings validation
• Moving across multiple active projects at pace, maintaining output quality without close direction

What you need before applying

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a business analysis, commercial, consulting, finance, or procurement role
• Substantial Power BI experience built across real, live projects. Under 2 years of active Power BI use means this role is not the right fit
• Advanced Excel: financial modelling, data structuring, complex analysis
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without step-by-step direction
• Available Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm AEST (Brisbane time), full-time contractor basis
• Reliable home setup: fast internet, quiet environment, data-heavy equipment

Useful but not required

• Experience in cost categories such as freight, utilities, facilities, cleaning, or labour hire
• Exposure to supplier sourcing, RFP management, or tender processes
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
