Our client, a nationally accredited healthcare and workplace rehabilitation provider, is looking for a Data Analyst and Power Platform Specialist who can bridge the gap between raw operational data and clear, decision-ready insight.

This is not a maintenance role. You will be the organization's go-to person for data infrastructure, Power Platform leadership, and digital innovation — sitting at the intersection of analytics, automation, and systems thinking. You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows
• A solid track record working with business systems such as CRMs, HR platforms, or operational data environments
• A qualification or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, structure, and environments
• The ability to translate complex data into clear visual insights that stakeholders can act on

Strong Signals

• Exposure to AI tools or digital innovation projects, and an appetite to explore what's next
• Experience with Vinci or similar case management or operational platforms
• Background working in an ISO-accredited or quality-managed organization
• Familiarity with Employment Hero or comparable HR and payroll systems
• Experience in occupational health, workplace rehabilitation, healthcare, or social services

Responsibility Pillars

Data Analytics, Reporting & Dashboard Development

You own the organization's reporting ecosystem — keeping it accurate, timely, and genuinely useful.

• Generate and maintain customer and internal reports across platforms including Power BI and core business systems
• Analyze operational and performance data to surface insights that drive better decisions
• Develop and continuously improve interactive dashboards that translate complex data into clear, stakeholder-ready visuals
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs

Power Platform Leadership & Automation

You lead the organization's Power Automate capability and drive meaningful efficiency gains.

• Act as the organization's Power Automate champion — designing and implementing automated workflows that reduce manual effort
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities through smart system design
• Support team adoption and capability uplift across the business
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reducing administrative burden through automation

Systems Optimization, M365 Governance & Digital Innovation

You ensure the organization's digital environment is structured, governed, and always moving forward.

• Support ongoing optimization of internal systems, including backend enhancements to operational platforms
• Maintain best-practice governance and structure across Microsoft 365 environments
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to implement system changes and improvements
• Support the exploration and piloting of AI and digital innovation initiatives that enhance service delivery
• Adhere to and support the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO accreditation requirements
