Key Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solution development.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, dashboard development, data visualization, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.
- Experience with SQL, database management, ETL processes, and data modeling in enterprise environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with exposure to predictive analytics, data mining, and advanced reporting techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within Agile environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Design and optimize data models to improve reporting performance and usability.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop predictive models and support advanced analytics initiatives, including text analytics and NLP where applicable.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Optimize report performance and recommend improvements to existing BI solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare technical documentation for reports, dashboards, data models, and ETL processes.
- Stay current with emerging BI, analytics, and data engineering technologies and recommend best practices.
