About The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Data Analyst to manage and analyze customer data within Salesforce while supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights, maintaining data integrity, and improving CRM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Salesforce data to support business and sales decisions.
- Monitor customer trends and provide insights to improve customer engagement.
- Build reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and completeness.
- Support customer segmentation and campaign analysis.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to optimize CRM processes.
- Recommend automation and system enhancements.
- Maintain CRM best practices and data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, Salesforce, or data analytics.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of SQL, SOQL, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
