Data Analyst

Position Title: Power BI & Data Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Set up: Remote

Position Objective

Responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytical outputs across the platform. This role bridges business needs and data platforms, ensuring accurate, trusted insights through Power BI, structured datasets and collaboration with data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting models
• Translate business requirements into datasets, semantic models and reporting outputs
• Perform data analysis, validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy
• Work with data engineers and Fabric developers to define data structures and reporting-ready datasets
• Support configuration analysis across systems (e.g. Salesforce, finance, workforce data)
• Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and gaps and drive resolution
• Build reusable reporting assets, templates and logic
• Define and contribute to reporting standards and governance
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Technology

Required Experience & Capability

• Strong Power BI experience (data modelling, DAX, dashboards)
• Strong SQL capability
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to validate and explain data
• Experience working with structured datasets and reporting pipelines

Strongly Desirable

• Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, semantic models)
• Data warehousing and dimensional modelling
• Python for analysis or automation
• Experience with Salesforce or operational platforms
• Experience in global reporting environments
