Data Analyst (Credit Operations)

About the Role

As a Data Analyst for Credit Operations, will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Retail Credit Operations Division. In addition, you will be tasked with creating reports, delivering data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and managing various business initiatives.

How you'll contribute

• Creation and maintenance of dashboard/MIS reports used by Retail Credit Operations Division.
• Keep track of business targets and productivity of the core operation teams.
• Collaborate with different teams within the division to identify and support their analytical needs.
• Identify process gaps and potential improvement in the current process that will bring positive value to the business.
• End to end management of strategic projects initiated by the department and perform post monitoring to ensure that the projected business impact is met.

What we're looking for

• With relevant experience in data analytics and capable of generating data-driven insights.
• Must have knowledge of different programming languages and ETL tools such as SQL/AWS/SAS/Python/R.
• Must have proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot scripts of high complexity.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different key stakeholders.
• Preferably with knowledge and exposure to lending and/or banking business or credit operations processes
• Has experience in end-to-end management of strategic projects, including post-monitoring to ensure projected impact is achieved.
• With strong collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams within the Retail Credit Operations Division.
