The Data Analyst is responsible in driving business transformation initiatives by leveraging data & reports to inform strategy, measure impact, and support decision-making through actionable insights. This role owns the team's financial / budget and benefits tracking report process while ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and accessibility across the team and transformation programs.

The Data Analyst will also partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design metrics, track performance, and deliver insights that accelerate change and improve outcomes.

. Own and manage the reporting framework for transformation initiatives, including dashboards, KPIs, and various trackers. Responsible for gathering data from various sources, transforming it, and compiling it into valuable datasets relevant for use in reports.
. Analyze data to identify opportunities efficiency and benefits realization.
. Collaborate with business units, project managers, and leadership to consult & define reporting requirements and success metrics.
. Develop and maintain automated reports and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL.
. Ensure data integrity and consistency across transformation programs and reporting requirements.
. Monitor progress of transformation initiatives and provide timely insights to stakeholders.
. Support change management efforts by translating data into compelling narratives and visual stories.
. Contribute to strategic planning by providing data-driven recommendations and scenario modeling.
