As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for cleaning compensation data at a micro and macro-level, loading data into local systems, generating validation reports, and providing job match recommendations. You will demonstrate the ability to complete multiple submissions on schedule and with 100% accuracy. Must be highly detail-oriented and have excellent data manipulation skills using Microsoft Excel. The Data Analyst will assist with quality reviewing data submissions cleaned by other team members and participate in system testing processes.
The Role:
- Perform micro and macro-cleaning, validation, and approve client data.
- Create data validation reports.
- Provide job matching recommendations.
- Provide input in the production of overall metrics for the team to be used in status reports for the clients.
- Ensure timely and error-free delivery of output within the business requirements
- Work with Account Managers, Product Leaders, and other team members to ensure the highest level of data quality for submissions being processed.
- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional, virtual teams with members from different geographic areas.
- Support the expansion of Data Management scope of work through active participation in working groups and special teams.
- Provide support in the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Conduct work in adherence to ISO 9001 and 27001 guidelines.
The requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / College graduate
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience as Data Analyst is open to apply
- Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel while Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Intermediate experience in problem-solving, analytical skills with highest attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Familiarity with compensation functions and job benchmarking is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
