Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Field Force Data Analyst to support business growth and operational excellence through data-driven insights. The role is responsible for analyzing store sell-out, capacity, and ISS data, evaluating HR agency performance, and generating reports that drive improvements in market share, promoter productivity, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and technical capabilities, with advanced expertise in data analytics, reporting, SQL, and automation tools. This role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, HR, and field operations teams to support strategic decision-making and business performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze store sell-out, capacity, and ISS metrics to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Evaluate HR agency performance data and operational efficiency metrics.
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports related to:
- Retail market share
- Agency KPIs and expenses
- Promoter productivity and incentives
- Inventory and stock movement
- Create dashboards and visualizations for business monitoring and decision-making.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Track sell-out, display compliance, and inventory performance across stores and regions.
- Validate promoter incentives and productivity metrics to ensure data accuracy and fair performance assessment.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve field execution and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with sales, marketing, HR, and field teams to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
- Present findings and recommendations through clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support management with strategic analysis and ad hoc reporting requests.
Data Quality & Process Improvement
- Ensure data integrity through validation, cleansing, and structured data management processes.
- Automate repetitive data collection and reporting workflows using available tools and technologies.
- Assist in improving data processes, reporting standards, and analytics frameworks.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in data analytics with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Power Query
- DAX
- Pivot Tables
- Data Modeling
- Strong SQL expertise across platforms such as:
- MS SQL
- MySQL
- BigQuery
- Oracle
- PostgreSQL
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of database systems, data architecture, and data management processes including:
- DBMS
- ETL/ELT
- Data Pipelines
- Data Warehousing
- Experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards using:

- Looker
- Programming knowledge in Python or R for automation, analytics, and data processing.
- Experience handling retail sales, sell-out, distribution, or inventory-related data.
- Familiarity with retail analytics, market share analysis, and inventory management.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- With minimum of 5 years experience in related field.
