Job Description

Job Title: Enrolment (Data) Analyst – Health & Benefits (H&B)

Location: Taguig, Philippines (Hybrid – 4x RTO per month)

Shift Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Enrolment (Data) Analyst to join our Health & Benefits (H&B) team, supporting our Asia Pacific clients with benefits enrolment and data validation. This role is ideal for individuals with strong data manipulation skills, exposure to benefits administration or insurance, and experience in project management and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management

  • Collect, validate, and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data.
  • Assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is accurate and updated.
  • Track and monitor ID cards.
  • Resolve client queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Support contract renewal activities through membership/census listing provision and reconciliation.
  • Facilitate interactions between clients, WTW, and insurance vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a program with emphasis on mathematics, business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in an insurance company or outsourcing environment handling healthcare processes (claims, enrolment).
  • Previous benefits or insurance experience is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong experience in data entry, validation, and manipulation (advanced Excel skills required).
  • Ability to review and verify data using subject matter knowledge of health and group benefits.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent client service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team and take accountability for quality and on-time delivery.
  • Proficiency in English required, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work shift hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and hybrid schedule (4x RTO per month).
