DATA ANALYST Job Summary
The Data Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and visualization. The role transforms complex data into meaningful information that supports business growth, operational efficiency, risk management, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making across the Bank.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and datamarts that provide timely and accurate business intelligence to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business, risk, finance, operations, compliance, and technology teams to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate manual tasks, enhance data accessibility, and support the implementation of analytics and reporting platforms
- Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc data requests by providing data extraction, analytical insights, dashboard development, and reporting solutions that address business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, dashboard development, reporting, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and analytical platforms, with experience building datasets, datamarts, dashboards, and reports
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
