A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
We are seeking two Offshore Data Analysts to support our Business Operations and Analytics team. These analysts will be responsible for executing routine and operational data tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting reporting processes. Their contributions will increase the capacity of our internal team, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives, KPI evolution, and high-impact analyses.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting:
- Query data from our data models and organize/analyze this data for stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain and update dashboards in Tableau, Looker Studio, and Salesforce.
- Prepare and manage churn sheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Process and update assigned Data Intake Tasks, ensuring proper execution for our stakeholders.
- Conduct regular data integrity checks across reporting platforms.
Operational Support
- Update Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-Date (YTD) performance results.
- Ensure proper syncing and validation of data across internal reporting systems.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain checklists for recurring tasks such as dashboard reviews and churn reporting.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
- Conduct peer reviews and validate deliverables for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine KPI definitions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in regular check-ins and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
Required
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and deliver tasks within defined timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Experience with SQL and data modeling.
Preferred
- Familiarity with automation tools and workflow optimization.
- Prior experience working with offshore teams in a fast-paced business environment.
KEY SUCCESS METRICS
- Maintain high accuracy and quality in deliverables.
- Transition a significant portion of operational data tasks to offshore analysts.
- Improve data integrity and efficiency across key reporting functions.
- Enable internal team members to reduce operational workload, allowing for greater focus on strategic initiatives.
