About The Job
The Cybersecurity Governance Specialist supports the Information Security Officer by managing and maintaining information security policies, guidelines, and compliance activities for HCPH. The role conducts periodic and ad hoc duecare checks, oversees compliance management, security awareness efforts, access reviews, exception handling, analytics, and reporting. The specialist also collaborates with various business units to advise on security policies, controls, and risk assessments, and acts as a primary contact during security audits.
What You Will Do
- Ensure security baselines are enforced on cloud and on-premises infrastructure, network, endpoints and applications
- Manage (create/update/revise/decommission) information security policies, work instructions and guidelines and related documents
- Conduct periodic access reviews with business units
- Conducts periodic and ad hoc security awareness and training, including development of training courses and security awareness materials
- Conduct periodic update of Information Asset Register with business units
- Conducts periodic cyber risk assessments with various business units
- Creates monthly cyber security report and dashboards for management's information
- Collaborates with external and internal audit teams during periodic audits
- Design information systems from perspective of cyber security
- Provides inputs on security technology and process improvements
What You Need To Have
- At least 3 years experience in cyber security governance and risk management
- Well versed on security governance and risk management frameworks
- Hands-on experience on cyber risk assessments
- Good working knowledge on various security technologies
- Solid understanding of application security frameworks
- Good working knowledge on cloud technologies/platforms
- Basic project management skills
