- Provide accurate information, updates and status of the shipments.
- Coordinates with operations on delivery requirements
Customs Clearance Management
- Examine the documents being turned over if in accordance with the requirement of Bureau of Customs
- Check completeness of the required document
- Ensures that all documents received are properly covered by Shipping Instructions/SOP
- Identify necessary clearance mode to be performed on the shipment
- Prepares the all documents needed for filing
- Turnover documents for processing with Customs
- Books shipment to CTG and coordinate the required vehicle to be used in undertaking the shipment.
- Coordinates with function unit regarding special instruction for the shipments
- Assist Supervisor in monitoring status of shipments and coordinate with function unit
- Prepares and updates daily monitoring report
- Controls and maintains job file as well as its reference
- Turnover all necessary documents needed for billing
