Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Paraaque for a Customs Brokerage Supervisor. The responsibilities include overseeing customs brokerage operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, managing shipment documentation and clearances, and maintaining relationships with clients, carriers, and customs officials. The role involves supervising a team of Declarants & Processors, streamlining procedures to optimize efficiency, and delivering excellent service quality to meet clients needs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and efficient handling of shipments.
• Proficiency in operations management and inventory management to ensure smooth and timely processes.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, customs officials, and team members, and to deliver superior customer service.
• Experience in leadership, team management, and understanding of customs and freight forwarding regulations.
• Relevant education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of customs tariff codes, import/export requirements, and trade compliance would be an advantage.
