  • Internal and External Communication - AP Mailbox
  • Job Registration - Air Freight
  • Job Registration - E-Docing
  • Job Registration - Road Freight
  • Job Registration Update - Air Freight
  • Job Registration Update - Road Freight
  • Job Registration Update - Sea Freight
  • Client Meeting (Finance / Customs)

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam in Customs or similar), Logic/Transportation, or equivalent
  • Preferably at least 1-year experience in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics
  • With import/export shipment data entry experience
  • With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 45 WPM
  • Knowledgeable in CargoWise One is an advantage but not required
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
  • Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when required
  • Must be knowledgeable in pre-lodgement procedures, customs declaration creation, conversion, and valuation.
  • Full-time positions available and can start ASAP
  • Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
