Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for managing client concerns through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools while collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve client support tickets using HubSpot.
  • Provide assistance on invoice-related transactions and processing.
  • Ensure all client concerns received through the ticketing system are addressed accurately and within the required timeframe.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and report all interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • 13 years of recent experience in Customer Service or Customer Support.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (HubSpot experience is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP (must)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid work arrangement 2 to 3 days onsite per week
  • Midshift schedule
