Job Description
Receive and process orders from Sales Officers (via Sales Mate) and direct customers (purchase orders, fax, email, phone, SMS) in a courteous and timely manner.
Check orders for accuracy and completeness, and follow up on any missing details or discrepancies.
Confirm product availability, suggest alternatives if needed, place backorders, or inform customers of restock dates.
Ensure promotions and freight charges are applied correctly according to company policies.
Provide tracking details and delivery updates to customers.
Coordinate order pick-ups and notify customers when their orders are ready.
