CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Customer Service Specialist role involves assisting English-speaking customers via email and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and time management abilities. Customer Support Representatives are responsible for managing customer accounts and adhering to responsible gaming practices. Overall, the customer service role is critical to delivering the best possible customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Aggregating data from internal systems,
- Numerical data processing in MS Excel,
- Assist English-speaking customers via email and chat (any additional language will be a great advantage)
- Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs
- Manage customer accounts, KYC verifications,
- Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish (C1/C2).
- Proficiency in analyzing numerical reports.
- Advanced knowledge of the Windows operating system, ability to work quickly and effectively in several applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in our office in Oakridge Business Park
