Work Schedule: Rotating Shift / Flexible

Work Location: Taguig, 2X onsite + WFH (may shift to full onsite)

Customer Support Senior Associate (DV360)

  • 25 years experience in email, call, and chat support
  • Strong campaign management background; heavy on technical troubleshooting
  • Basic scripting: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Digital Marketing or Google Ads experience is an advantage
  • Handles pay-per-click ads

Customer Support Senior Associate (Video)

  • 34 years in email, call, and chat support
  • Background in digital marketing/Google Ads + troubleshooting
  • If no CS experience, consider Ecommerce backgrounds (Shopify, Lazada, Amazon, etc.)
  • Supports Google Ads for YouTube

Customer Support Senior Associate (Search & Ads UI)

  • 25 years in email, call, and chat support
  • Must have Google Ads experience
  • Provides insights to clients on Google products

Customer Support Senior Associate (Policy)

  • 23 years in email, call, and chat support
  • Preferably with Google Ads/Digital Marketing experience

Customer Support Senior Associate (M&A Std)

  • 25 years in email, call, and chat support
  • Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript scripting
  • Background in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Heavy on data and troubleshooting

  • 25 years in email, call, and chat support
  • Prefer Ecommerce experience: TikTok, Shopify, Amazon, Lazada
