Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries across phone, chat and email channelsresolve issues, provide product/service information, and document interactions in the CRM.
- Participate in on-site training, daily briefings and continuous improvement initiatives; apply feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Support occasional outbound activities (follow-ups, surveys, renewals) and cross-functional projects as needed.
Qualifications
- At least a senior high school graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months of CCE
- Excellent communication skills
- Offers a relocation package to outside CDO candidates
