Job Description

This on-site opportunity in the Philippines includes a relocation package for qualified hires and is targeted at candidates who thrive in high-volume, KPI-driven environments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries across phone, chat and email channelsresolve issues, provide product/service information, and document interactions in the CRM.
  • Participate in on-site training, daily briefings and continuous improvement initiatives; apply feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Support occasional outbound activities (follow-ups, surveys, renewals) and cross-functional projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least a senior high school graduate
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of CCE
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Offers a relocation package to outside CDO candidates
